NAFTA Workshop (two days)
This in-depth two-day workshop explains how to determine if goods qualify under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA):
- rules of origin and how to apply them;
- regional value content;
- automotive tracing and averaging; and
- other NAFTA provisions including certification requirements.
This workshop also includes case studies and exercises.
Recommended prerequisite: Harmonized System of Classification seminar

This session is intended for experienced producers, exporters and importers who require a detailed understanding of NAFTA and its implications.
