Delegations of the Powers of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency under the Special Import Measures Act and Regulations
Pursuant to subsection 39(2)Footnote 1 of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing ActFootnote 2, I hereby authorize an officer or a class of officers holding a position in the Canada Border Services Agency, and listed in the attached Schedule, or an officer or a class of officers authorized to perform all the duties of that position, to exercise the powers or perform the duties of the President under section 20 and subsection 26(1) and 35(1) of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act.

1. Section 20: Report to the President and the Centre
Authority to receive a report concerning the circumstances of a seizure of currency or monetary instruments under section 18.

2. Subsection 26(1): Notice of President
If a decision of the Minister is requested under section 25, the President shall without delay serve on the person who requested it written notice of the circumstances of the seizure in respect of which the decision is requested.

3.Subsection 35(1): Delivery after Final Order
