Notice of updated schedule: Corrosion-Resistant Steel Sheet (COR1 2024 ER)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today revised the import and compliance statistics - day 50 (exhibit 032) for the expiry review of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet originating in or exported from China, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India and South Korea.
Interested parties will now have until noon ET on to file case briefs and until noon ET on to file reply submissions with respect to the revised data only.
