Schedule revision in relation to the review of the final determinations of dumping

Ottawa, June 22, 2020

On May 29, 2020, you were notified that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated a review of the final determinations of dumping with respect to certain oil country tubular goods from South Korea and Turkey and with respect to certain hot-rolled steel plate from South Korea.

Given the difficulties in distributing the archived administrative records for the aforementioned cases to interested parties and delays that ensued, the CBSA has revised the schedule in relation to the review. Accordingly, the review of the final determinations of dumping will conclude by August 7, 2020.
