GM 2020 IN: Certain grinding media
Notice of initiation of investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated investigations on December 17, 2020, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain grinding media from India. The investigations follow a complaint filed by Magotteaux Limittée.
The subject goods are usually imported under the following tariff classification numbers:
- 7325.91.00.10
- 7325.91.00.90
Additional information about the investigations will be available in a Statement of Reasons that will be available within 15 days on the CBSA’s website.
