WG 2020 IN: Wheat gluten
Notice of preliminary determination

Ottawa, December 23, 2020

On December 23, 2020, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), made a preliminary determination of dumping concerning certain wheat gluten from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania.

The subject goods are usually imported under the following tariff classification numbers:

Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania that are released from customs on or after December 23, 2020.
