Monitoring of SIMA Measures in Force respecting oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Chinese Taipei, the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Republic of Turkey, Ukraine and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
As part of the CBSA’s formal monitoring process, interested persons (e.g. exporters, importers, and Canadian producers) are encouraged to share their views regarding whether the normal values, export prices and/or amounts of subsidy in place for a particular measure in force should be updated to reflect the current market conditions.
