The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has closed the record of the normal value review of certain carbon steel welded pipe exported to Canada from the United Arab Emirates by Universal Tube & Plastic Industries Ltd.
The normal value review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order issued on October 15, 2018, in Expiry Review No. RR-2017-005, respecting the dumping of certain carbon steel welded pipe from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India, Oman, South Korea, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act.
The updated schedule for this normal value is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
