Sign in to the Trusted Trader Portal
: Portal access issues
The CBSA is experiencing intermittent issues (GCKey and others) that may affect prevent users to access to its portals, including the CARM Client Portal (CCP), the eManifest, the Trusted Trader and the Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS) portals. We are taking corrective measures and intend to improve access to the portals soon.

Use this secure online tool to apply for membership and to manage your business information as a member of the Partners in Protection program.
Security: The CBSA now uses a multi-factor authentication process to access our online services as an extra layer of security to protect your account.
Important: If you are using a shared computer, make sure to sign out once you have completed your session so that no protected data is accessible to other users.
Every time you sign in to your Trusted Trader online account you must use the same option. Your options are:
1. GCKey
This option allows you to sign in using a Government of Canada user ID and password.
2. Sign-In Partner
This option allows you to sign in with a user ID and password that you may already have, such as for online banking.
Note: When choosing this option, you will be temporarily leaving the Government of Canada website.
To access the Trusted Trader Portal, you must have an internet connection and one of the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
You must also ensure that JavaScript is enabled.
