Customs Notice 24-34: Single Window - Participating Government Departments and Agencies - Release Service Options

Ottawa, October 10, 2024

1. The Canada Border Services Agency decommissioned the legacy Other Government Department (OGD) release service options OGD PARS (SO463) and OGD RMD (SO471) on August 17, 2020.

2. On April 15, 2024, the ACROSS Service Options (SO) 257 (EDI RMD) and 117 (Paper PARS) were decommissioned and will no longer be in service.

3. The chart below outlines the release service options that will be available for clients to obtain release on goods that are regulated by Participating Government Departments and Agencies:

Notes: If the SWI IID (SO911) is being utilized all required data elements must be submitted for all regulated commodities regardless of which PGA regulates the goods.
