Schedule Revision in relation to the Expiry Review Investigation

Ottawa, April 3, 2020

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has revised the schedule in relation to the expiry review investigation to determine whether the expiry of the order made on March 2, 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR‑2014‑003 is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and/or subsidizing of certain oil country tubular goods originating or exported from China.

Revisions to the schedule were made by the CBSA in order to alleviate pressures brought on by the COVID‑19 pandemic to interested parties.
