Certain Gypsum Board
Extension of Re-investigation

Ottawa, April 27, 2018

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices respecting certain certain gypsum board originating in or exported from the United States of America, imported into Canada for use or consumption in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, as well as the Yukon and Northwest Territories (Western Canada).

The CBSA extended the conclusion of the re-investigation 19 days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. Consequently, the re-investigation will be concluded by July 18, 2018.
