Notice of close of record and updated schedule - Normal value review

Ottawa, September 21, 2020

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today closed the record of the normal value review of certain hot-rolled steel plate exported to Canada from Ukraine by MetInvest International S.A. (MetInvest).

The normal value review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on January 30, 2015 respecting the dumping of certain hot-rolled steel plate from Ukraine, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this normal value and export price review is available at: www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/up/menu-eng.html. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
