BSF5188 - Declare all food, plant and animal products

The law requires that you declare all food, plant and animal products when you enter Canada. Failure to declare any of these products or to provide the required permits or certificates can lead to:

• Confiscation of your products;
• A penalty up to $1,300; or
• Prosecution
