The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced today that it has concluded a review of the amounts of subsidy respecting refined sugar, refined from sugar cane or sugar beets, in granulated, liquid and powdered form, originating in or exported from the European Union. The review was part of the CBSA enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's order of November 3, 2000, which re-affirmed, with amendment, the finding of November 6, 1995.
