Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Plate

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded its re-investigation of the normal values and export prices of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate originating in or exported from the Republic of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania. This re-investigation is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's injury finding of January 9, 2004.
