On October 10, 2013, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made final determinations of dumping and subsidizing pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), in respect of certain unitized wall modules originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China).

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry for subject goods from China and will make an order or finding by November 12, 2013. Provisional duties will continue to apply until this date on imports of subject goods from China.
