In brief
This memorandum provides a link to the Department of Justice’s website for the official version of the CCFTA Rules of Origin Regulations.
The CCFTA Rules of Origin Regulations have been amended to reflect the modernized rules of origin provisions which entered into force on . They are used to determine the entitlement of goods to preferential tariff treatment under the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA). Links to the modernized CCFTA and to the amendments are provided in the “References” section below.
